Crystal Drive

An arcade gem-runner where speed is survival, and dashing is your lifeline.

Crystal Drive is a lightning-fast arcade survival game where every gem fuels your score and every mistake is your last. It’s all about twitch reflexes, combos, and speed - how far can you push before you blow up?

The Premise

You're piloting a hyperspeed gem collector down a deadly cosmic highway. Dodge asteroids. Slip past mines. Grab every crystal you can find.

It’s fast, it’s brutal, and it’s all about how long you can last.

Core Gameplay

• Collect gems to climb the score ladder

• Avoid bombs & asteroids (or dash through them if you're bold)

• Build your combo to maximize points

• Level up as you survive - each level gets faster, harder, more chaotic

• Use your Phase Slip: a precise dash that gives invulnerability in a split-second burst

• Global Leaderboards: Think you're good? Submit your score and climb the global leaderboard.

Built In Godot

This is my first project in Godot, and I'm loving it.  This is a no-frills, pure gameplay arcade experience, built as an MVP as a solo dev. The intention is to invoke the raw fun of classic shooters and runner-style games - with a modern twist.
